Therapy for adults, servicing Indiana through secure video. In-network with Anthem, Cigna, and Aetna.
Every Indiana city we serve
Every incorporated city in Indiana, grouped by part of the state. Sessions run by secure video with an Indiana-licensed therapist. The list is where our clients most often are, not a limit on where we can see you.
104 of these cities have their own page. The 20 shown in grey do not have one yet. We still see clients in them.

Not on the list? It changes nothing about your care. Indiana licensure covers the whole state, so if you are located in Indiana we can see you. How online therapy works covers the practical side.
How therapy works in Indiana
Indiana is a wide state with its mental health care concentrated in a few places. Marion County and the Hamilton County suburbs have clinicians; so do Bloomington, West Lafayette, and the Michiana corridor, largely because universities and hospital systems put them there. Across much of the other 92 counties, finding an available therapist who takes your plan has historically meant a drive, a waitlist, or both.
Video is what changed that arithmetic, and it changed it in a specific way worth being precise about. It did not make therapy easier. It removed the drive, which is the thing that quietly ends most courses of therapy. A 50-minute session that costs you 50 minutes is a standing weekly appointment. The same session with 40 minutes of I-465 on either side is the one that gets cancelled in February and never rescheduled. The most effective therapy is the therapy you actually attend.
That is the practical case for how we work here: we service Indiana through secure video. Whether you are in Evansville, Fort Wayne, or Gary, you get the same therapist, the same session length, and the same weekly rhythm.
Licensing, and the one rule that affects you
Counselors in Indiana are licensed by the Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board, which sits under the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency. A therapist practicing here holds an Indiana credential from that board. Ours does.
The rule that actually touches your week is simpler than people expect: you need to be physically located in Indiana at the time of your session. Licensure follows where the client is sitting, not where they live and not where the therapist is. So a client whose license plates say Indiana but who is in Chicago on a Tuesday cannot have a Tuesday session, while someone who has just moved to Indianapolis from out of state can start immediately.
In practice this matters most for two groups. Students at Indiana University, Purdue, Notre Dame, Ball State, or Indiana State, whose location changes between semester and summer. And anyone who travels for work, especially in the Northwest Indiana counties where an ordinary commute crosses into Illinois. Both are workable. Tell us your schedule and we plan around it rather than discovering it mid session.
What we help Indiana adults with
We work with adults, 18 and over. The concerns that bring Indiana clients in most often are anxiety that will not switch off at night, depression that has outlasted every explanation for it, stress and burnout that stopped responding to time off, trauma, grief, and relationships that have gone quiet rather than loud. We see couples as well as individuals, with both partners on the call and both located in Indiana.
The work is structured and matched to the problem in front of you rather than to a single house modality, and it draws on evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy. The practical difference is that you leave a session with something to practice, not only something to think about.
Insurance in Indiana
In Indiana we are in-network with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna. That is the complete list for this state.
Anthem is the Blue Cross Blue Shield plan in Indiana, so a Blue Cross card from an Indiana job is very likely one we take.
We check your plan before your first session and tell you what you will owe. In-network that is normally your copay or coinsurance rather than the full fee, with any unmet deductible applying first.
How the work starts
Your first session is an intake. Your therapist asks what brought you in and about your history, and you rate the intensity of what you are feeling from 0 to 10. Those numbers become your baseline, and you set a recurring weekly time before you finish.
The early work fills in the picture around that: your history, health, relationships and the pressures you are carrying. You can decline any question and keep any answer short. Out of it comes a treatment plan written with you, in your words, including one personal goal that matters beyond symptom relief.
From there, sessions are weekly. Once a month you complete standardized measures and review the trend with your therapist. If the trend is flat, the plan changes. Progress here is measured, not assumed.
Indiana questions
Do I have to live in one of the cities listed on this page?
No. The list is where our Indiana clients most often are, not a boundary. Sessions run by secure video, so anyone located anywhere in Indiana can be seen. If your town is not listed, the nearest listed city page is a reasonable starting point, but nothing about your care changes either way.
Do I have to be in Indiana during my session?
Yes. Your therapist is licensed by the state you are physically in at the time of the session, not the state you live in or the state your therapist sits in. That is a licensing rule rather than a MindView preference. If you travel out of Indiana, tell us in advance and we will work out the schedule around it.
What insurance do you take in Indiana?
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna. That is the full Indiana list. Anthem is the Blue Cross Blue Shield plan in Indiana, so a Blue Cross card issued by an Indiana employer is almost always an Anthem card.
How much will therapy cost me in Indiana?
With an in-network plan you pay your copay or coinsurance rather than the full session fee, and any unmet deductible applies first. We check your plan and tell you your cost before your first session.
Is video therapy actually covered the same as an office visit?
For the plans we take in Indiana, video sessions are generally covered at the same level as an office visit. We confirm it against your own plan before you start.
Who would I be working with?
One Indiana-licensed therapist holds every Indiana session, so you are not routed to whoever has an opening and you do not change clinicians between sessions. You can read the full bio on our team page before you book.
Do you see adults only?
Yes. MindView works with adults, 18 and over, across both states. That includes individual therapy and couples work.
How long does it take to get started?
Booking takes about 30 seconds. We respond within one business day, verify your benefits, and set a recurring weekly time before your first session.
