In Jordyn's words

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, work stress, and major life transitions, and particularly with people who are high-achieving, driven, and carrying the quiet weight of constant pressure.

Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed or stuck despite doing everything right on the outside. They tend to be hard on themselves, prone to overthinking, and tired from holding it all together. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, reflect honestly, and start making changes that are both meaningful and sustainable.

My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and practical. I tailor each session to your goals, using evidence-based methods to help you understand your patterns, build coping tools, and develop clarity and self-trust. Sessions are supportive and focused, and the insight is meant to be usable in your actual life.

The work is built on a real relationship. As you are learning about yourself, I am learning about you: your pace, your values, and what helps you feel supported. The goal is to move you from self-doubt and overwhelm toward clarity, stability, and confidence that holds outside the room.

What does therapy here actually look like?

The first three sessions follow a clear structure, so you always know what is coming next.

  1. Session 1: Intake

Your first session with Jordyn is an intake. You talk through what brought you in, your history, and what you want to change. You rate the intensity of what you are feeling from 0 to 10, and that becomes your baseline. You set a recurring weekly time before you leave.

  2. Session 2: Psychosocial

A fuller picture of your life across its stages: relationships, work, health, and identity, and the patterns and strengths that carry through. You can decline any question and keep any answer short.

  3. Session 3: Treatment plan

You build the plan together. Each goal is tied to what you came in for and has concrete objectives, plus one personal goal that matters to you and is not tied to a diagnosis.

  4. Ongoing

Weekly sessions work the plan. Once a month you review standardized measures together to see whether it is working, and the plan is adjusted from what they show.

Therapy here is measured, not guessed

Once a month you have a Psycho-Measurement-Based Care Review (PMBCR). You complete standardized measures, such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and your therapist reviews the trend with you. If something is not working, the plan changes. Regular therapy is the work. The review is the navigation system that keeps it pointed at the right target.

Sessions are weekly for the first two months to build a foundation, then frequency is reassessed with you. You set the pace, and you share only what you are comfortable sharing.
