Who this role is for
This track is for clinicians who hold an independent license and can practice without supervision. In New York and Indiana, that typically means an LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
If you are still accumulating supervised hours toward independent licensure, the limited permit track is the right fit instead.
What makes the work different here
Two things. First, you are not building a caseload from scratch. Clients come to you through our intake process, matched to your focus areas. Second, the care is measured. Every client completes standardized measures at a monthly review, so you and the client can see whether the work is moving, and adjust when it is not.
The practice carries the parts most clinicians dislike: intake, scheduling, billing, and insurance credentialing. Your time goes to the clinical work.
